At Minton House you will have the independence of owning your own home while enjoying the support provided by our caring and attentive staff.  Your suite is equipped with a full kitchen, shower bathroom, bedroom and living area.  All units are unfurnished so that you may surround yourself with your own comforts of home.

Food Services by a certified Chef.

Come and enjoy a home cooked meal prepared by our in-house chef.  The meals are delicious and nutritious.  Every effort is made to accommodate your specific dietary requirements and, if you are ill, a meal tray may be delivered toyour room.  One three course meal is served in the dining room each evening and guests in the dining room each evening and guests are welcomed by way of a voucher program.

Facility Management by Ethical Elder Services

Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a building staffed 24 hours a day.  Each suite is equipped with a lifeline telephone and personal wearable help-button.  The staff, trained in First Aid and CPR, carry a pager at all times, enabling them to respond immediately to the Lifeline call when initiated by the owner so that help is received within minutes.

Housekeeping and Laundry

Light housekeeping is provided weekly along with laundering your towels and sheets, which are returned to you the same day.  For your own personal items, a free washer and dryer are available on each floor.
